Le note che seguono, ripercorrendo brevemente i passaggi legislativi essenziali e le principali interpretazioni dei giudici (in particolare della Suprema Corte) relativi al diritto di libertà religiosa, formuleranno alcune valutazioni sulla ‘religiosità’ del Paese e sulla sua evoluzione come emergono dalle informazioni e dai dati resi noti con l’ultimo censimento.

The following notes, briefly reviewing the essential legislative passages and the main interpretations of the courts (in particular the Supreme Court) concerning the right to religious freedom, will formulate some assessments of the country’s ‘religiosity’ and its evolution as they emerge from the information and data released with the last census.
